Public Works Committee Meeting in Harrisburg
Ernie Hoch, Harrisburg's Public Works Director, addresses a city council committee and Councilwoman Susan Brown-Wilson asks for the truth from the Harrisburg Authority at the same meeting. It was a fun night for caricatures.

His hand gesture is great, seems a bit helpless.
I wonder if he feels that way sometimes. He has a lot to do in a struggling city but always does his work well. Definitely one of our shining stars.
