Illustration Friday: "Signs"


I really dislike this type of sign. I cannot stand going into a store or restaurant that has two doors but only one that is unlocked. Just unlock both of them.

I totally agree! I try not to keep my peeves as pets, but if I did, that'd be one.

Good point! And why is it when a door says "push" or "Pull" we instinctively do the opposite and end up looking foolish! Excellent character.

...and it's usually the left door that's locked (the bane of us south-paws)! Another great drawing Ammon.

That is so true! I also hate when it's a handle that looks like you should pull it but then you have to push it to get in. Nice illustration!

I always kinda assumed that the door with the sign was broken. I do agree with the handles that look like they pulled when they actually are pushed and vice versa.

great character hee nad cant agree with u more i feel the same way when i see em. make sme almost wanna break the glass just so i can go thru the damn door.

I agree with you! They should've made one side only!
