Illustration Friday: "Fortune"

That left hand really took off on me. Try not to look at it now that I pointed it out.

Oh this is so great! It reminds me of a Christmas card I bought last year of a Santa with yellowing/greening awfully spaced teeth. It said "Merry Christmas from a British Santa." I thought it was hilarious!! (Apologies to my Brit friends, if I have any left.)

Ammon, your left hand just goes to show there's something slightly 'sinister' about great fortune.;-) Another wonderful drawing!

That is one gritty lookin fellow...very nice character...you have an old school look to your work which is always enjoyable in a (sometimes) too slicked down digital age...are you using ink or water color for the color splash?

Wow, your work is incredible. It always makes me think of that movie, The Triplets of Belleville. Something about the cartoon/line work. Awesome stuff!

Great classic cartoon style, but what's with that left hand? Hehehe sorry I couldn't resist. Really though, great drawing.

Thank you everyone for your very kind comments.

Mr. Blank- the color is water color straight from my pocket. I have a little box of 12 half-pan water colors that I use for almost everything. I also have some color inks but they are hard to travel to school with everyday. Most of my sketches are done in between classes.
