Ain't it grand! The only time I have real 'stress' in my life is when I lose sight of that...(on a related note...do you know the story of the guy that wrote 'It Is Well With My Sou', Horatio Spafford)
He wrote it after a pretty tragic event in his life...his wife and daugthers (four I believe) were traveling ahead of him by ship across the ocean...the ship sunk and his four daughters perished...I think his wife survived...so when you think about the words to the song and know the history it really hits home...sometimes when we are singing hymns in church I think (myself included) how 'true' the words are that come out of as they pertain to us...One pastor said he was going to quit singing "I Surrender All' in the church...they asked him why and he said, with a tad bit of truthful sarcasm, he was tired of making everyone look like a bunch a liars..."He has not rewarded us according to our iniquities"...makes one glad WE don't always get justice, eh?
