Thank You Gift

A little drawing of a church that I am shipping off today to say thanks to someone.

The frame is oak with walnut splines.

Chickadee Drawing

This chickadee is for a charity auction. The same auction as THIS one from last year.

A Christmas Robin

This is a robin made with ink and watercolor and placed in the first white frame that I have made. It is a gift for Christmas.

Tree Drawing

This is a birthday gift that I never posted but I kind of like it so I am now.

Goofy Reindeer

A gift for a Christmas party.

Baby Crane

Or baby delivery crane. We are off to a baby party with this thing as a gift.

In it's frame:

Glenn For Nora

A second drawing for friends and their new baby Nora. This one is of the family's mastiff whose name is Glenn. The first is here.

.

Framing

No new images just new frames. All poplar with walnut splines, stained and polyurethaned with wet sanding between coats.

More Happy Birthday Paul!

This is for my friend Paul and his 30th birthday party which his wife surprised him with. All of that mat around the image was for guests to write a short note to Paul.

Pen and ink with watercolor (as always) and a maple frame with walnut splines.

Happy Birthday Mitch!

A little late...

Happy Birthday Paul!

Pen & ink with watercolor and pencil in a poplar frame with walnut splines.

New Nephew!

I met my newest Nephew Alejandro tonight? That drawing dies not look like him at all. It does, I think, look like a young Dwight Schrute.

Thank You Gift

Pen and ink with watercoler in an oak frame with walnut splines.

Duck

A thank you gift.

The duck in its frame which is made of red oak with walnut splines.

Meredith's Dog

I will be able to visit a friend this week in Brooklyn and this little thing is her dog. All around fun project since I got to draw and I am really enjoying making little frames too.

Dog: Ink and watercolor

Frame: Maple with walnut splines.

Stork for Baby

Steph is off to a baby shower and this is the card from us. Another bird and another frame.

Robin and Sparrow

Two little drawings for a local charity auction in the little frames that I made for them. I think that the frames took longer to make than the drawings did.

Open House

A gift for the hosts of an Open House in our neighborhood. I made the frame, cut the glass and mat and threw it all together. The frame is oak and unfinished which I kind of liked.
