Ricardo Mendez-Saldivia

My sketch of Ricardo Mendez-Saldivia who is Harrisburg's COO and will essentially negate the office of the mayor. At least that is what state appointed receiver David Unkovic's plan called for. Despite saying that she would follow the plan after Unkovic resigned, Mayor Linda Thompson has begun calling Ricardo Mendez-Saldivia a Business Administrator and that he in no way takes away from her power. She is good at making up new titles and even calls herself "the CEO of this city." Please pardon those of us that are not drinking the Cool-Aid.

Lighten Up, Harrisburg

My drawing for an article by Matthew R. Krupp who is the founder of Lighten Up, Harrisburg!. This initiative is working to replace burned out lights and install new lights in areas of Harrisburg that are in need. The initial goal is to replace the many burned out lights on Walnut St. Bridge.
